I currently drive a saab 93 with 3 amps linked by optical MOST. Back in 2003 over at saabcentral we worked out a frequency map for the speaker outputs. You need some software and an oscilloscope for that. The solution for that car was pretty simple: 1) replace the stock speakers for mids and highs. 2) Amp the subwoofer output (stock was 6x9's) to a new 12" sub in the trunk. The only weak amp was the subwoofer amp.
This Bose amp needs to be mapped. Amar Bose is known for boosting and cutting certain frequencies to compensate for differences in audio perception. It's the core Bose philosophy, and many people love their stuff without realizing any of the tech behind it. But where other manufacturers strive for "flat audio reproduction," Bose does not.
