How loud would you say the extreme system is on cold start, and cruising? It's LOUD on cold start, but settles down to a nice idle within 20-30 seconds. It's very nice when cruising--no drone.
Where did you end up getting the dual tip panel from? I got it from GM parts direct. The part number is 23404791. It's called a lower cover.
What was the estimate for painting it? I paid a total of $350 for painting and installation.
And last question how was removing the panel? I didn't do it, the paint/body shop did. The whole rear bumper has to come off in order to install the lower cover.
