I would not be worried about bluetooth or wifi getting blocked. I'd only be concerned with whatever frequency your garage door opener uses if you have one or whatever toll road type of device (if you have one) uses and cell phone frequencies (these are usually in the 700Mhz, 900Mhz and 1.2Ghz etc range).

The keyfab doesn't operate through the windows to trigger proximity communication and cell frequencies aren't using 2.4Ghz like wifi and bluetooth use. You technically want to block 2.4Ghz whenever possible to avoid leaking your wifi access point outside of the vehicle (if you haven't disabled it via the onstar app).

That being said i dont have any tint and I still usually have to operate my garage door by sticking my hand out the window anyway. So....meh. Rolling the windows down is always an option (after the initial set time for your tint).
