I'm betting some rich oil baron sheikh approached GM and was like, "here's 1.6 million dollars. Build me the first ZL1 and put the A10 in it." They were like, "oh hell yeah, son. We good!" Then he gets it and he goes to this Gulf Foil company and is all like, "yo, wussup my homies? Wrap this for me will ya?" And they're all like, "DAAAAAAYUMN! That's that new hotness!
