MSD won't affect mileage in any real way. It's a closed loop system while cruising and the flow difference just aren't going to be a major factor at part throttle.

Did you keep the MSd intake?
My mods path is going to pretty much be the same as yours. E85, Rotofab, Primary Cat Deletes, MSD Intake. All self tuned via HP Tuners. I want the car to stay quiet and get good gas mileage. Thanks for sharing all your experiences with us.
