By changing my wheels I'm guessing I'll shave 50-60lbs of rotational mass (just a guess, I don't know what the stock wheels weigh, but I'm sure they are heavy, plus the run flats probably weigh a ton)... Plus, I'm also going to a tire thats .7" shorter than stock, so that will in essence fudge the gear ratio from 3.27 up to 3.35, that may help a bit also, but probably not a whole lot.

Static weight, I'm guessing I'll be removing about 80lbs of stuff and things, plus about 50lbs less gasoline than I had last time...

So 130lbs of static weight
~60lbs rotational mass x 4lb == 180lbs static (theoretically)
180+130= appx 310 lbs of static weight removed... 3 tenths quicker.

The rotational conversion is of course theoretical... But, I'll be weighing everything as I remove it from the car, and we'll see what she will really do on Saturday (weather permitting, of course)

Track, Champion Raceway in White City, OR elev. 1410... Should be good DA on sat. I'll be running with the stock TB.
I've never had the rotational bull ever work out that way. But 190lbs is pretty damned good if you can get it that far, 80lbs of stuff and things is probably optimistic unless you went with a trunk full of crap last time.

Your altitude sucks. That is about the same as Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and I never ran bests there ever. Using the NOAA density altitude calculator, it looks like the DA should be around 1467ft on Saturday, which is about the best you can expect at altitude.

I've gotta start watching for a negative DA here. I'm only around 730ft, and we get some good negative days in fall. I've been 14.0x at around 1000ft DA, so mustering up a 13.something should be possible.

Dammit, I just looked and my nearest track is at -852ft DA!!!! If I could make it there, and cool the car off before closing, I'd go, but that's doubtful as I'm 50 mins away, they close at 9pm, and it would cost $45.
