I understand what you want to do. You have a white 16/17 that doesn't already have the FIFTY package with the blackout trunk and FIFTY logo (This is the Club Fifty thread so I think others believe you have a 50th Edition). You are taking off your bowtie and want a decal to go across that area. What size are you looking for? Give a measurement width and height you want on your trunk.

My Y came off during one of my washes last week. I was able to stick it back on and it hasn't come back off. If it does it where it won't stay on, I will bring it to the dealer. I have always been careful around the badges since I read the original thread about this issue just before I got the car. I am even thinking of replacing them with flat vinyl so I don't have to worry about it.

And I am picking up my windshield FIFTY today... I'll post pics when it's installed.
