Exactly. No need for the sensor if you are going to control the ethanol content. My E85 straight tune is not some arbitrary changing of the gas tables. I generated spreadsheets to do the exact same interpolation the ECM would do as if the sensor was installed for each and every table we have access to. I also generated a Matlab script to take my Dynojet data and calculate the proper shift points for the A8. 1->2 and 2->3 shift points are fine but 3->4 and up extend too far with the E85 torque curve. These are assuming the stock intake manifold. The MSD intake manifold will push the shift points up.
