Went to atco last night.
Fun night. Many of the regulars were there and some I have not seen in a while. One was a white bolton Camaro LS3 that took me back to my 5th gen days. And Pat. Of course he added 245-17 MT DRs so his GT with 300 miles on it would hook up better. And Hook up it did. Before I left he ran 4 12.5s.
While I did beat Pat we will have to put an asterisk next to it. I redlighted -.059 to his .018. I knew his car was running 12.5s and I guess I panicked a bit. Pat has a way of getting under your skin.

But the Camaro came through running 12.514@114.06 to his 12.550@112.18. Another close race. I also raced Steve in his red Corvette vert. I did tree him a little but he still ran me down in another close race. Fun.
It turned out that was my slowest run of the night. The rest were 12.496@113.71 and 12.427@113.36 and my second best ever 12.408@114.56. The DA was pretty good during that run at -976 despite the high humidity.
Still trying to get the hang of the NT555Rs on this car. And still faster on the stock tires so far.
Oh, and there was another blue M6 CA6 SS there last night. I didn't get his name, but the car was running 13s. But he might have done better later in the night. I left a little early. Yawn.
The announcer was still talking about the oil spill last Tuesday. I found out from others that the wheel stander siezed its engine at the far end of the track. Serves the driver right.
