I run 315 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 on my '01 SS with 535 RWHP, obviously the current edition is the Pilot Super Sport and the next one, the Pilot Sport P4 is due out in March. I would say it does well all around, my usual traction problem is in the wet, trying to leave a stop light. The white stripes get ya everytime, haha. Ive heard the same thing about those Goodyear Super Car G:2's from a coworker that did a state safety inspection on a 5th gen ZL1 that was traded in. Said it would spin the tires w/o trying and didnt want to even start to try and grip until they got hot. I dont know if Continental offers the ExtremeContact DW in those sizes. Lingenfelter likes to use them for their project cars.
