Thumbs up yes Yes YEs to NPP

Is the NPP Dual Mode Exhaust Worth It?
Camaro Nation, I have questions regarding the NPP Dual Mode Exhaust:

1. The only things I know about the NPP Dual Mode Exhaust is the price, a $895 option.

2. From all the videos I have seen with the NPP Dual Mode Exhaust vs. Stock Exhaust, with the NPP you are able to change the noise level from loud to soft, when you reach a certain RPM. Is this correct?

Yes, sound will kick in at about 2800 or 3000 rpm to be precise.
I love it especially when I take on cars sound kicks in at the perfect time.

3. It sounds AWESOME! vs the Stock exhaust.

4. NPP comes with a quad tip, Stock comes only with dual tip, is this correct?

Yes that's correct. NPP comes wid quad tip.

5. It is really geared toward just SS (V8) owners or should V6 owners get it?
V6 owners can get it its and additional add on they call it the
"dual performance exhaust" while regular one is called dual exhaust.

6. On manual transmission the controller for NPP exhaust its located on the gearshifter, is this correct?

I am not sure but it mostly depends on what mode u r driving sport, Rally, Tour etc. U can always control your sound in the setting from ur chevymy link touch screen. U can make it sound like sport mode irrespective of what mode u drive or choose it to be auto.

7. How about on the automatic transmission, where is the controller located? On the shifter?

It is located near the shifter or more like the arm rest where the electronic parking brake & traction control is located. This makes it easy to change while u r driving.
Driving mode button is what controls NPP along vid a bunch of other stuff like steering suspension etc.

8. How do you work the NPP exhaust, is there a button you press to activate it?

Change driving modes and NPP works accordingly.
It works automatically.

9. Are there any SS owners who ARE NOT getting the NPP exhaust and just sticking with the stock exhaust?

10. Is the stock exhaust always loud because there is no way to control it?

11. Is the NPP dual exhaust WORTH IT????
I would say it is worth it I had the same questions when I was getting my car but I liked it instantly after using it.

If u really don't care about controlling sound u can always get after market stuff which are louder but have less control over the sound. I would definitely recommend getting NPP it has a unique sound which is refined certainly not as loud/Harsh as after market exhausts.
