The black piece of plastic in the left of the picture (two of them) is what I am referring to - it is the EXACT parts I found in my trunk (along with the plastic pieces that go under the bumper). The service manager said they should have all been installed when they received the car, took it back, put it on the lift, and then brought it back out to me. The black piece is no longer in my trunk.
Are you saying the service manager put it up on the lift just for the heck of it? Little confused here....
