It would seem the deal is only on cash - if you financed (like others said) you get a relatively high interest rate - but more importantly, you lose the 9k+ discount.
Are Camaro prices always this low this time a year? Perhaps I'll wait until the fall next year. I haven't seen crazy discounts like this in Canada though.
