That's exactly what should happen. These events always attract these types of dummies. The fact that all these people stand out there recording, they are aware that people come out of there driving like idiots. No parents should be taking their kids to knowingly stand on the sidelines where they can become casualties.

These events need to be better organized, and if the businesses allow these events to grow out of control in their parking lots, should be liable too.
