Not sure if ProClip still sells it but several years ago (iPhone5) I bought a phone holder that was adjustable. Got it because I used several different cases/covers. Still use the same adjustable holder on my iPhone6. 
The photo I posted earlier in the thread shows the holder. If you look really close you can make out one of the adjustment thumb screws on the upper right corner of the holder.
