After doing some research on what I saw I confirmed that the VFF sensor will prevent the ECM from going into PE mode while it is in the learning process. The real issue is that the learning process kicked in again without warning and led to a WOT blast without PE enrichment. This is not something you want to have happen when you aren't expecting it to.

The other issue is that there is absolutely no way to force a relearn if the composition value gets corrupted for some reason. You have to wait until you can top it off with enough fuel.

So I've gone to a straight E85 tune. I have all of the gas tables modified correctly as though the VFF was still working. Everything is looking spot on and I don't have to worry about intermittent behavior.

Injector PW is up to 5.7-5.8 msec at the top end. What is the limit power wise on a stock fuel system? I don't know. There is still room left in the injection window. The injection window is longer than just the intake stroke. For someone looking to stay with boltons E85 makes a lot of sense. If you are going past that definitely some upgrades are warranted if you want to stay with E85.

Awe hell, now what do I do....
