After additional review, General Motors has conducted verification testing on all vehicles in regard to the condensation on the exterior of the glass in vent mode. GM has verified the air bleed to the windshield is normal and meets the NHTSA specifications. In high humidity days, if the AC is on max cold, due to the natural reaction of the temperatures and humidity it is normal for condensation to form on the glass. It may be necessary to increase the air temperature on HVAC settings to eliminate this condition. We're very sorry for any ongoing frustration this caused, but this is considered to be normal operation.

Unfortunately this will be my last GM vehicle due to this nonsense. Funny thing is yesterday gm and my dealer sent another survey my way. I'm up to about a dozen useless gm/dealer surveys.
