436 is a solid number for a tuned LT1. If anything I would question the 386 stock figure. If you take 455 as the rated figure then thats 17% losses, which is way higher than what anyone else has pegged the camaro at.
Unless it was a really hot day when you did the base line run and a much colder day after (in any case that should be corrected for to a certain extent).
