The car is borderline unusable in mornings and evenings when the air temperature is in the 70s-80ish and the air is moisture-rich (high dew point and humidity).

Last night driving home around 8:30 I had the air set to 78 and STILL got fogging on my windshield. So not only is it warm, humid, and uncomfortable outside, but having temperate air blowing in the cabin still causes fogging?

Mine has even done it in the afternoons when it's hot outside & I've got the a/c on. The way it's going, the same thing will probably happen during the winter, then drivers in the colder climates will have ice on the windshield that can't be removed by simply using the wipers. I'm going to contact the district representative for this area this week & begin the dialogue process.
