I'm just saying while I agree that google maps is great, it may not be a 100% replacement for in car NAV - that said I think it should be dirt cheap at this point and basically an included option like AC and seatbelts.

I do agree that NAV should be standard equipment on any new car with a MyLink or equivalent infotainment system. But I think people are way too dependent on NAV systems. I've never owned a vehicle with a factory NAV system and have survived just fine haha do I use my phone for directions? yes, plenty of times, but once I drive somewhere once I can find my way there 1000 times without trouble. Maybe I'm just old fashioned haha
