Depending on your offsets, you may need to test fit them on an alignment rack so you can check clearance. You're close to the same boat as those that have had to move a harness to get rid of a bulge in the liner for those that have installed 305/25/20's. You'll probably just avoid the bulge (if you have it) with a good alignment (set rear chamber to -0.9) but any deflection in your IRS bushings could close such a small gap. A cradle lockout would be good insurance for you.
