I had what looked like scuffs on mine also. Put a little Meguiars Quick wax on a micro fiber and they came right off.

Now the little pieces of looks like broken plastic at the bottom sucks. I'll call them Monday. Hopefully they take care of it. I only noticed it when washing the car and looking close. I'll post pics later
