I like this option for NPP to replace the crushed pipes that bother me in principle, though word is that no performance improvement is available from their removal. Is this a direct bolt-on? Will it generate a CEL?
I'm hoping for a deeper tone with less rasp and maybe a few HP.

The main benefit of these kits is that they increase the pipe size over stock and eliminate the crimped/smashed areas. The valves are functional and will not create any CEL/MIL issues. These pipes are a direct bolt-in when used with our
Axle-back kits. They could be used with the stock mufflers, but the pipes would need to be butt welded or adapters would have to be made.
