Well I am pretty sure replacing that smashed boost bypass valve hose with a new one routed a different way (not under the blower), fixed my issues. I say pretty sure because when I first started laying into it with traction control on and in sport mode, it still seemed kinda lackluster. But once I put it into competitive mode it ran like a bat out of hell each time. It seems to almost abnormally really surge forward at 6,000 rpms. That might be normal though I am not sure. But later I put the traction control back on and back in sport mode and it still felt plenty strong.

But drastic improvement over yesterday. I think that hose was key.
I only feel it barely surging at light throttle in a low gear at say 3,000 rpms and it only does it a very small amount of time. So the bypass valve may be fine.
