The mph alone tells a big part of this story. Let's all remember that this thing supposedly went 11.4 on a street tire. Not a slick, not a DR. Traction dictates elapsed time. Mph on the other hand is a better indication of power output. You can take a 3600 pound car and go low 11's at 120mph. Now consider adding another 300-400 pounds, air conditioning, a host of driver comforts and a warranty at 127 or better and you have one awesome machine.
If you're disappointed at any of these numbers take your car to the track and try shaving off a few tenths and see much work it takes once you're down in that time spot. I'd like to know what kind of 60ft time they had when they ran it.
