Grey or Black interior work with all of them, The 2 exceptions I think are;
Yellow with Grey interior (i don't think compliment as well as black int.)
Gray on Gray (might be too much gray for me, i think i'd want something to break it up)

I agree with you, except for Kalahari with white....
Also, as I went with Kalahari/Hyper Blue, I'd consider that to be more than a "possibly" option.
