I dug pretty deep into this for you, and I think I understand where all of the confusion is coming from.
See, we validate purchases vs. tune requests, but have no record of you purchasing a tuner. So when you submit your request, we go through and evaluate that it's a valid request. Being you account never showed any completed purchase, along with a fraud flag on your actual account due to having a mismatch in address, and name used for purchasing vs. name on the card, coupled with the fact that there was never a mention as to whom had actually purchased the device to confirm that it was indeed intended for you, this is where most of the situation was created from. So, with some delays due to these items, and being the weekend, we got it all sorted and they should be contacting you soon to get the tune queued up for download.
