Livernois tune problem.

New from mexico in this forum.
Proud owner of a 2016 camaro 2SS A8.
Great car, used to have an Ls3 camaro 2014 M6, also great car but no match for the 2016.
This threat is created with a sad "problem" from livernois motorsports.
15 days ago i tried to purchase a myCal for livernois custome tuning.
I had problems 'cause livernois don't send to shipping adress (texas)different from billing adress(mexico)
Found a way to purchase by an american friend of mine and finally recieve the MyCalibrator for my 2016 camaro.
Conected to the car, read my stock information, upload my cars information to the server and send the e-mail with all the information requiered by livernois.
Had been 6 days from now on and haven't recieve una comment, confirmation at this time.
The block me on facebook(messanger) and don't answer any of my e-mails since i recieve the tuner.
I'm not in a hurry, i just want what i pay for, doesnt matter if i recieve it next week as long they let me now... Not just ignore me.
They want no spam? Then keep in touch with my questions... I spend 700 bucks with them, besides it was a difficult decision to choose which tuner to buy... And this experience make me fell regret
Livernois, didn't want to go this far. But i work for myself... i demand to recieve what i pay for. A true post-customer service
