Anybody else wonder how accurate the dash readout is?

My car read 36 front left, 37 front right, 35 for both rears after warming up. Decided to go fill them up so that they were equal. Filled them up to 38 and when I got back in the car the readout still read the same. The only thing that changed after driving a while was 37 for both fronts and 35 for both rears.

Has anyone else noticed this discrepancy in their car?
