Nothing yet, but the plan is to get a pump and sealant kit. As much as I don't want to go with slime, it's really the only option besides carrying a full spare or finding something like a donut. Which I might try to do. If I can find a wheel that's smaller that would work, it might be worth losing half the trunk space.
But yeah as of yet I don't have a backuo.
