In order to get above 10% off you really need to qualify for multiple incentives. I was able to qualify for the competitve lease $500, Private offer of $1000 and kept pushing for more discount, which resulted in the $1500 Red Tag discount, these were all on top of the initial dealer discount. It always helps if the car is on the lot and it is the end of the month. Best of luck.
