I'm putting it on the dyno tomorrow to get some honest figures. Edelbrock claims 580 rwhp from the E-Force, but I'll be surprised if it hits that number. (Their graph also shows a stock LT1 at around 440 rwhp......don't think so.) Knowing dyno numbers are just that, numbers, but it will still will be interesting to see real world output. My estimate is around 540 rwhp, given Edelbrock's need to tune conservatively.

I'm currently running a Garrett 2871 turbo on my Audi at 24 psi. The Audi has a 9.3 CR and is limited by the turbo, not the CR. These high pressures are on a stock block and heads, with a set of J.E. pistons. Any higher psi on the turbo and the head starts to lift.

Tuning is everything with any forced induction.
Good luck with it, I'm sure you're really enjoying it and will love it even more with a set of long tubes. I'd definitely go get a custom tune from someone who knows what they're doing with our ECU and the LT1. I could be wrong, but odds are that the stock tune that came with it wasn't very well optimized.
