Again you hit the nail on the head. It's the packaging of the car. In the car and driver test, the Camaro's as tested price was 38.8k!!! The Mustang was 32.5K. Yes granted GM probably sent them a car loaded with everything, but that is quite the price gap.

And earlier in this thread I optioned the two cars similarly, and the Camaro was constantly 2500+ more than Mustang
