There is a huge difference between Becky, the three sales managers , and six or so sales reps I have dealt with.
- The sales people have a job, Becky has a passion
- The sales people know just enough to get the job done with the lay person, Becky knows everything start to finish and can support everyone including the enthusiast
- The sales people know a little bit about several vehicles, Becky knows Camaro's and Corvette's
- Sales people race home, Becky races Camaro's and Corvettes
- Sales people sell, Becky provides customer service (even to those who are not customers)
- Sales people work for an independent dealer, Becky is a Chevrolet ambassador
I could keep going - but in short, event though other dealers have the same tools, they don't know how to effectively leverage them to provide valuable customer services. A paint brush is only as good as the artist that wields it.
