There are some. There was a Conquest rebate where you get a $1000 off just for owning another non-GM automobile. The Private offer is worth $1000 if you can get one to pop up on the Chevy website. They were giving $500 if you had an existing lease. These are all on top of any dealer discount you can negotiate.
The car I bought was off the lot but it had 5 miles on it so I think I was the first to even test drive it. It had just about all the options I wanted and I could get a lot more discount on a 16 vs. ordering a 17. I would lose just about all the incentive money on a 2017 and the dealer discount would only be about 2k for the first few months. I figured I saved about $4k by purchasing a 2016 vs. 2017, plus the 2017 is going up $600.
