By dethrone I'm saying the ZL1 could very well have the Cat in the quarter. Better launch control and a good driver could put the Cat on the trailer. It will be interesting to see some heads up racing once the Z hits the streets though we may have to wait till next spring here as the car is due to arrive in the fall. Anybody in FL wanna beat a Cat and upload a video? Inquiring minds want to know.

I agree power to weight is in zl1's favor. Also traction. However, the autos of both will have an advantage over both stick versions. With 8 and 10 speed autos hard to compete with an manual in the 1/4 mile
