I have the 2LT. I wanted the loaded car. As much as I like the LT1 motor I went with the V6 because I drive the car in Houston traffic every weekday. I get about 26 MPG commuting, I would get about 16 commuting with the LT1. I also didn't want to have to buy premium gas all the time either. I do for my motorcycle but I don't ride it every day and the mileage is far better. When I retire I may reconsider the 2SS as I will no longer have to sit in traffic every weekday.
