It wound up being exactly what the service bulletin stated. It's an issue with the knob of the shifter, and upon them performing the fix outlined in the bulletin, the rattling has stopped. The bulletin was viewable to the service advisor at the dealership, as well. It's much more peaceful now driving without hearing that rattle!
