The smaller radiator on the drivers side has to be relocated to accommodate the intercooler. Also you lose the drivers side front brake duct. A headlight has to be removed and reinstalled to make room for the silicone surge tube.

After that it gets easier with removal of the stock air box and intake tube and installation of the bracket/pulley/head unit.

My kit was done by ProCharger directly as my car was used for R&D. ProCharger states 5 hours, however I suspect the OP completed it in less time. Truthfully the hardest part is removal of the front clip.
