For me, that would be a deal breaker. 30 miles is ridiculous on an ordered car. Somebody drove that car and you don't know how they drove it.
It would bug me. And its a lot of money. You should get what you want and what you specified.
I am dealing with my own "issues at delivery". My car only has 4 miles on it. It is had 30, there would be no issues as there would be no delivery!
