"the right"...I love that term. How about this...do you have the FACTS to call them idiots? NO. Frankly, I don't have the facts to defend them...but I'm gonna anyways because it's fun to debate un-know-able things.
This campaign will do
exactly what GM needs to happen. And that is to get people into GM cars. With such a bold, comprehensive promise of "money-back if you don't like it", it will do exactly that. The goal? That people flood GM dealerships and try out there cars, perhaps some with the intent of giving it back and buying a Toyota anyways....but the vast majority will find out that their GM car is very impressive, and they'll keep it. Cha-ching GM.
As for the "fine print"... They put that in there to protect against car-hopping morons who would take advantage of the program. Chances are, somebody won't like the car and will go and buy a competitor with that money-back...I assure you Toyota will find a way to get them credit.
And finally...I refuse to get into this debate anymore, because it's ridiculous, and over with...but what does GM's loans, etc have to do with this program?
