I never knew about the Chevroket Customer support number. I just called it, was waiting for about 15min, but eventually someone helped me. They said that my car is currently in Annapolis, MD, some paperwork has to be completed and then it will get on a truck to the dealer (which is around 90 miles away). They could not give me an ETA for this to happen. She was extremely friendly and helpful.
