God, I was taking it easy and thought I would be fine, but he's right. I gave it a little more sauce today in 3rd and could feel it start to get a little loose back there. It's not that bad if you know when enough is enough, but keep in mind I basically have brand new tires on too.
After driving for 15 minutes on the highway I dropped to 4th to shoot around someone after letting them pass me in the middle lane. If you push it enough the same thing will happen. I was just kidding myself thinking I might be ok with these. You really have to be very conservative until you get wider tires. It only gets tougher as you pass the break-in and get more comfortable with the added power being there.
