Water runs over the spillway between the spa and the pool bowl. These are the tiles that are loose. The estimator said it only takes one small area of grout to wear down and lets water soak behind the tiles. There are about 12 loose tiles.
I've recently had difficulty balancing PH and alkaline. That may have contributed to the grout failure.

Didn't you just have the pool put in? Seems like it would have to be repaired free by the pol company or the installer. I would be so P O.
Will you have to drain the pool?
