I'm pissed and it's not even my car!!!
I took my car to my friends body shop immediately after I noticed the damage. He said that he would prefer to repair the panel vs replace it, but it might be too much to repair. I really don't know what would be better. So much more can be damaged or not put back together properly if they replace it. I'll really need to look into diminished value. But knowing my luck, that's probably not a thing here in California.
