Yep, gee boss, I got an idea, we claim our CAI needs a tune even though the actual maker of the CAI says you don't. Then we spread the word that a CAI can cause your engine to explode. Let the internet and tools take over.  Bing, instant captured market. 
GM already says a CAI will void warranty, take it as you like.
