Been through this before and I stand by every comment I've made in this topic unwaveringly....
It is a proven fact as many business case studies have shown, if you've ever taken a business management class, that when employees are in a coherent uniform they feel more part of the team and will in general have a more positive attitude about their job than if when uniforms are not required.
