The fact that it's NOT a $100,000.00 car means nothing.
My company screwed up, and the assembly plants that let these MAJOR paint imperfections out the door and into customers hands should eat the cost of these vehicles by buying them back.
When my plant makes a mistake and it gets out too one of our customers were forced to eat the cost and at times lose work because of these mistakes.
Assembly plants I guess aren't held to the standards the rest of us are.
Sorry to see ANOTHER lifelong G.M owner walk away due to very, very poor customer support.
Makes me sick too see this.

That's the sad part that this car reflects ALL GM EMPLOYEE'S I have family and friends that work for GM, they are also enraged , my great uncle was on the build team for the very first air conditioning unit designed by GM in Lockport ny Harrison Radiator plant . I've always owned GM and have never had to encounter customer service at until now , I now see why they ended up in bankruptcy this is not the way you do business, I have been thinking maybe I will just buy a Challenger when the new model comes out .Thank you for the support and being so humble
