Finally got my passenger seat fixed so it reclines all the way back. I scanned in the work documentation from my dealer. Hopefully this will help anybody else who has this problem. Word of caution, though. I dropped my car off at the dealer first thing in the morning and they pretty much needed all day to fix it because its such a PITA (pain in the ass) to get to and to ultimately fix.
I also got my 20" all weather tires back on and the 18" snow tires off, FINALLY!!

Thanks to ALL of the wonderful people in the service department at Pat O' Brien in Westlake, ohio for taking care of my baby! You guys are the BEST and are first class all the way!
