I've officially waited more than 6 weeks since the car was built and bayed. I ordered back in January and have been car-less for a month. GM had gotten involved and promised I would be "compensated". The senior advisor has not returned my calls in a week. Go figure  now they're acting like the dealership
Needless to say, unless something magical happens tomorrow, I will not be giving tens on the surveys. They said on the survey to "please call if you are not completely satisfied". I wonder if they'll answer this time?  |
I hope you get some good news soon. I'm still waiting on mine as well. Been 4B00 for well over a month. The last thing my dealer told me was that as of March 17th, they were trying to allocate a rail car. No word since then, and the car hasn't been started recently so I can't even check it with Onstar.
